Yavapai Indians of Fort McDowell recently celebrated the Grand Opening of their Fort McDowell Radisson Resort, located on the Fort McDowell Indian Reservation in Fountain Hills, Arizona, next door to Northeast Scottsdale. A combination of the very popular Fort McDowell Casino complete with 21 tables and home to We-Ko_Pa Golf Club it now also offers accommodations, a spa and spa services. We-Ko-Pa (is Yavapai for "Four Peaks", and is considered their sacred mountain) golf has been loudly acclaimed for the past couple of years and now with it's own resort, it will be a hot spot in Northeast Scottsdale.
