Historic Downtown Glendale - Arizona's Antique Capital, you can explore charming restaurants, antique shops and great boutiques offering clothing, accessories and imports of all kinds.

The Desert Botanical Gardens at 1201 N. Galvin Pkwy in Phoenix area must see, beautiful desert gardens including "cactus", a guided tour will really give you the right picture of our desert and its magic. We know you've heard the legend of the lost Dutchman Mine, dealing with lost gold in the Superstition Mountains. The mountain draws you, but don't be tempted, you might lose your head as the story goes...

On the way to Canyon Lake and Apache Junction enjoy stopping at an old stage coach stop - great for a sandwich or a coke, be sure and check out the shop at Tortilla Flat Hotel!

Native American influence is part and parcel of the Phoenix/Scottsdale  area, and today their casinos dominate some of the terrain. You will definitely get the flavor of Native America when you visit the Heard museum. Founded in 1929 to house a personal collection of cultural art. USA Today describes the Heard as "the nation's most prestigious private Indian arts center."
