If you have a passion for food and wine, you have a great opportunity in Scottsdale as of January 18, recreational cooking classes are now being offered at a very new culinary delight Classic Cooking - learn gourmet cooking from Chef Pascal Dionot with more than 30 years experience. European trained, his distinguished background includes Executive Chef positions at several notable Washington, D.C. fine dining restaurants; including the historic Hay-Adams Hotel in Washington, D.C. Pascal developed and taught the professional culinary program at l'Academie de Cuisine in Maryland for eighteen years.
Another reason for checking out Classic Cooking is Roberto Izzo, Sommelier, born and raised in Switzerland, he is a Certified Sommemlier. Not only will he impart his extended knowledge of wine for all the different wine making regions of Europe and South Africa, he is also available as a personal chef at Let's Ciao. As a graduate from culinary school in Perugia, Italy it makes him highly qualified for his role.
The 3rd anchor of the team is JP Chalarca who obtained his Culinary Arts degree in Milan, Italy where he worked in some of the city's top restaurants. Currently, he is owner and head Chef of Beyond Entertaining, an in-home dinning company.
